Hamptons Best Massage provides professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and wellness consultations. All services are performed by licensed massage therapists in compliance with New York State Office of the Professions regulations.
2. Eligibility
This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Appointments, Payments, and Cancellations
3.1 Scheduling
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person. You agree to provide accurate and current personal and payment information.
3.2 Cancellations and No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.
3.3 Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods. Unpaid balances may be referred to collections.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Massage services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed medical provider. You agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, and sensitivities before treatment.
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, skin disease, or other serious health issue, consult your physician before booking a massage.
5. Client Code of Conduct
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate or illegal conduct. Any form of sexual solicitation, harassment, or misconduct will lead to:
Immediate termination of the session
Denial of future services
Potential reporting to law enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, except where prohibited by law.
6. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance
All therapists are licensed through the New York State Education Department, Division of Professional Licensing Services. We follow all relevant laws and ethical standards as per New York State regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamptons Best Massage is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
